Meet some of our vintage collectors:
Mike & Lizzie Hilburger have been collecting vintage & antique delights for well over a decade and now operate Brisbane's newest
and hippest Antique and Vintage store - "Hobohemia" in Paddington. Their passions range from 1920's beaded handbags, handpicked
original vintage clothing and anything from the Depression era. They also have vast assortment of costume jewellery from the 20's to the 80's,
including Lucite and Bakelite bangles, diamante brooches and crystal necklaces.
Their hat collection is amazing with many sourced from abroad. They are Charter members of the International Antique Purse Collectors Society,
and are happy to talk about antiques and vintage all day long! www.hobohemia.com.au
Mike is also a Director/Cinematographer/Photographer and shoots all the visual images for the Brisbane Vintage Fashion and Décor Fair:

Sharon & Amy Richardson are a mother & daughter home based team with a passion for all things vintage and have gathered an eclectic collection.
They have a range of clothing from the 30's to 80's along with the complementing accessories of hats, shoes, gloves and some wonderful
costume jewellery. For designers and sewing collectors they also have a wonderful range of vintage buttons, lace and beaded trim.
Wendy Louise has gathered Art Deco and vintage jewellery, accessories, photos, sewing and boudoir items and curios,
during 30 years of collecting and travelling the world. Her original designer costume jewellery and bridal headpieces created for fashion parades, design competitions, and high profile couturiers throughout the 80's.
Lesley Carroll has been collecting since the early seventies and had two notable vintage shops in the early eighties, in Lismore and Byron Bay, both called Äprons Away. At that time she specialised in 30s to 50s but has since diversified to have an array
comprising quality linens, fabrics, accessories, clothing and embellishments from the late 1800s to the eighties, sourced overseas and at home.
These are just some of the folk selling at the fair. Collecting is their passion, so ask them about their favourite items as they love to share the love!
